About

A roastery, not a brand.

Cadre is a small specialty coffee roastery in Belfast. We work with a handful of producers, roast every Tuesday and Thursday, and ship coffee that’s still cracking.

The mission

Coffee with a paper trail.

Cadre exists to put the producer back at the front of every cup. We source through direct relationships with growers we know by name, then roast in small batches built to land in your hands while the beans are still cracking.

No filler blends. No mystery origins. No subscription you can’t pause when life gets in the way.

The Tenets

How we work.

01

Direct trade, by name

Every coffee comes from a producer we know personally. No anonymous lots, no broker hand-offs, no story we can’t verify.

02

Roasted to order

Tuesday and Thursday roasts. Orders ship within forty-eight hours. Coffee should taste of last week, not last month.

03

Built for the long pour

Subscriptions that bend to your week. Pause, skip, swap or change cadence — never tied in, always in control.
